LGBTQIA+ Individuals
Affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients who may be exploring identity, navigating coming out, or coping with rejection, dysphoria, or minority stress. Therapy is a place to build self-acceptance, strengthen relationships, and find connection in an environment that prioritizes safety, affirmation, and respect.
Black Women
You may be experiencing high levels of stress, emotional exhaustion, or questioning your self-worth. Often navigating the pressure to be strong or constantly perform, many Black women carry unspoken grief, burnout, and anxiety. In therapy, we work to create space for vulnerability, rest, and healing—centering your needs, boundaries, and inner strength.
Adolescents & Young Adults
Adolescents who struggle with anxiety, academic pressure, identity formation, peer challenges, and difficult family dynamics. I also support teens with histories of adoption, foster care, or early attachment disruptions. My work with teens emphasizes emotional safety, trust-building, and healthy self-expression, tailored to their developmental needs.
Young Adults who are uncertain about their next steps—academically, professionally, or personally. Therapy can support you in building insight, managing anxiety, and increasing self-awareness as you clarify your identity and life direction.
BIPOC Individuals
Clients of color may be navigating micro aggressions, cultural identity concerns, family dynamics shaped by generational trauma, or the emotional impact of racial stress. Therapy offers a space to process these experiences without the need to educate, code-switch, or minimize your story.
